Drink clean, chemical free, "living" water. Many people are saying drink "lots" of water for a healthy body and hydrated skin. However, the REAL truth is the QUALITY of water matters more than the quantity of water. Dirty, chemically polluted water is not utilized by the body efficiently and is just peed away. This deficient water can actually strip your body of nutrients and dehydrate you.
Eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Eating juicing fruits and vegetables is important in keeping your body properly hydrated. Avoid over-processed, refined foods! Grains should be eaten as close to their natural state as possible, and don't overload on them.
Get plenty of the right fats. Your skin needs fats rich in linolenic and linoleic acids. (Even if your skin is oily.)
Your external body is a reflection of your internal body. Doing internal cleanses promotes healthy cell function which promotes healthy skin.
Feed your cells through the use herbs and supplements that build your body from the inside out.
And finally of course the all too well-known health tip...physical exercise. Physical exercise is important for your body for a variety of reasons. Your body needs good circulation to clean, build and repair. Getting oxygen to vital organs is necessary for all it's life giving functions. Since your skin is a vital organ, it is important to get proper physical activity for the health and vitality of your skin.
